Rules to use our services to Buy From Japan

Dear Valued Customers,

We will continue to help you Buy From Japan just as we always have.
The way we pack and handle your package will remain the same.
This agreement is to make sure that we (Buy From Japan, by jajapan service) will have more time to help more customers.
If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use our services.

About Order

Please note that we may change these rules at any time.

  1. We will only purchase from links provided by you. 

  2. We will only accept one budget/bid per listing.  (For example, you cannot change the budget for Yahoo Auction after your initial bid).

  3. We will charge a 2,000 yen as a handeling fee if you want to change your mind on your budget AFTER you have placed your order (if the change is possible). 

  4. "Buy at a specified time" or "Immediately" is not available. We will do our best to process your order within 24 hours. (For auctions, please place your order at least 24 hours before the auction ends)

  5. We will only keep your items for up to 30 days from the purchase of the first item (we may refuse to do so if there are space limitation issues).

  6. We will only send the tracking number AFTER shipment

  7. We will only adjust the cost AFTER shipment

  8. We will unpack and then repack all of your items as we see fit.

  9. We will not check the condition of your items in great detail (in the case you order a phone, we will check to see if it is a phone but not a stone; we will also check to see if it is the right color) .The following items may be skipped for inspection

    • Items sealed in factory condition (like new DVDs etc.)

    • Items with more than 5 pieces (like 10 Pokemon cards, etc.)

    • Items packed in vacuum bags (like pillows etc.)

    • Items packed in rolls (such as posters, etc.) 

  10. We will not count how many items/parts you have ordered.

  11. We will not take pictures of your items upon your request (we may take pictures if we want to)

  12. We will not buy anything with box packaging if you need the box packaging to be in perfect condition (unless you are OK with damaged box packaging, then you can continue to order using our services)

  13. We will not ask the seller about anything related to the items AFTER your order. If you need to check anything about the item, please ask that question BEFORE you place the order to avoid problems.

  14. We will not buy items shipped without a tracking number (unless you are ok with the possibility of package loss/swap in all situations) *Normal mail (普通郵便、定形、or 定形外) does not have a tracking number.

  15. We have a no return policy. Please make sure your order is final BEFORE you submit it.

About Shipping

  1. We will charge 1,100 yen per box if your items don't fit into a single box of 50 x 30 x 30 centimeters in dimension.  

  2. If you want to divide your items into several boxes, we will divide according to your order regarding "how many boxes". We will not divide items according to "how many items in one box", or "which item to put in which box", etc.

  3. We will not follow your order about the size of boxes used.

  4. We will not measure the weight/size for your boxes (the post office/YAMATO etc. will do that when we ship them).

  5. We do not allow customers to use our address (fill in the address part) without our notice. Any package sent to our address without our consent will be discarded.

  6. If you order multiple items, we will not answer "which items have already arrived?" or "which items have not yet arrived?" or "which item is in which package?" (You can order us to ship ALL items when everything arrives).

  7. We are not responsible for any lost/returned/stuck/delayed/damaged package/item in transit. Laws/restrictions/regulations are different for each country/shipping company/shipping method, so it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the item is allowed in his/her country/shipping method. Items will be disposed of when the package is returned by the customs/postal services.  

  8. We will not assist in resolving your customs issues, nor prepare any related documents.

  9. We will only ship using one of the methods that use these forms (we suggest EMS for most of the cases. About EMS, you can check the availability and cost at the official website)

  10. The value of the items written on the shipping label will be roughly declared according to our convenience. No requests will be entertained.

  11. We will only send the parcel to a recipient with a "full and real name" and a real home address with a house/room number. Please explain your situation if you can't provide this information BEFORE your order.

About Mercari, Fril, and PayPay Fleamarket etc.

  1. We will only ask for a discount for items listed above 10,000yen.

  2. We will only ask for a maximum of 10% discount from the original price.

  3. If you want to ask for a discount, we need 2 unique numbers for your order. That is === "Ask for" ABC, and "Buy below" XYZ. For example, for an item with a cost of 10,000yen, you can order like this: "Ask for 9,000yen, buy below 9,500yen". This will be your final budget for that item.

  4. We will not ask the seller to "book" or "reserve" items.

  5. We will not buy items that have been "reserved" by someone else. If the items have been "booked" by other people, we will not contact the seller within one week of the agreement.

  6. We will not ask the seller to combine or sell only certain parts of the items in the listing, or to list an item.  (We will only buy the whole thing the seller is offering from the link you send)

  7. We will not ask about items the seller has sold in the past, or about the seller's current inventory, or about the seller's intention to list certain items in the future.

About Payment 

  1. We require full payment (including commission and estimated international shipping) before any purchase.

  2. Minimum payment is 20,000yen each time. For bank transfer (if available in your currency), minimum payment will be RM200 or 200SGD or 2000k IDR.

  3. After each shipment (or when you have no items/order with us), we can make a full refund into your account or keep your balance for your future orders. We will charge 2,000 yen as a handling fee if you re-deposit within 30 days AFTER the refund. (If you need to make a purchase within 30 days, please keep your balance here).
